[Chemistry_faculty] Outreach event-Saturday October 21

Hello everyone,

The local section of the ACS is putting together a large outreach event to celebrate national chemistry week and we are looking for volunteers.
The volunteers will participate in small chemistry-related exhibitions for young children and any other community members that may come by. Some of you may remember that we participated in this event a couple of years ago and it was a lot of fun.

The event will be in on Saturday, October 21 on the California Baptist University campus in Riverside, from 10 am to 1 pm.

If you are interested in participating by joining one of our tables, or if you have an idea to put together you own experiment with some friends please contact me before next Tuesday so that we can have a rough headcount.
