Good morning Shaleta,

Thank you for sharing the information about the Center for Healthy Communities Impact Report for 2020/2021.  Would it be possible to have the Farm to Fork project partner with the Center for Healthy Communities to see if we can work collaboratively to help reduce negative health conditions? Attached is an outline of the project that we are sending participants.  Our next event will be Saturday April 16th and we would love to invite our UCR teams to have an info booth with resources and info for our participants.  If you have time to meet this week we would love to chat about our project and see how we can work collaboratively. I noticed on your website that you also have opportunities for students to volunteer in research based projects.  Would it be possible to use the Farm to Fork initiative to track and monitor how participants health is changing over time?
