<p class="MsoNormal">A quick update, there is a slight set-back on the GSMS deployment. The GSMS team lost a few developers but the ones remaining are working very hard to get it deployed by early August for department to issue appointment letters. I will
keep everyone posted and we should know before the end of July. If it will not deploy in time for letters to be issued for fall, we will resume using TA Online, but I’ll let you know by end of month. Thank you for your patience.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A quick follow up on the message I shared below. This is the GSMS Phase 1 implementation timeline. As TA Online is being replaced by the new system, moving forward, all fall appointment letters will be issued in GSMS. TA Online letters
will be disabled starting fall 2025, but options for reporting access after TA Online is disabled is being explored. Communication will be coming soon to staff on testing and training (see rollout dates below). Your attention to this transition is greatly
