[Chass-gsaos] Additional Grad Data Needed for Temp Teaching Budget

Hi Everyone,
As part of the ongoing CHASS temp teaching meetings, we need more
detailed data regarding your graduate student cohorts and their employment
commitments.  We have created new google sheets for each department for
this purpose.

Mariam Nadirashvili is assisting us with this project and will email your
individual department spreadsheet links shortly.

Please follow these steps:
    *Populate Data:*  Use your up-to-date financial tracking sheets to fill
in the new department sheet, making sure that all students are accounted
for.
    *Keep Formatting:* Please do not alter the spreadsheet structure (e.g.,
moving columns, updating formulas).
    *Deadline: * Please complete this as soon as possible, and no later
than *June 9th*.

This information is vital for finalizing the temp teaching budget, we
greatly appreciate your time and collaboration.  If you have any questions
or suggestions please let us know.

Finally, I'd like to take the opportunity to remind all new and continuing
staff, please ensure you abide by FERPA
