Dear GSAOs,

This is a reminder that *Spring Graduate Student Online submissions are due
by the end of business on Thursday, March 12, 2026*.

Please note the following important details regarding this cycle:

   - *This deadline is separate from the standard snapshot deadline.*
   - *Any changes to graduate student appointments made after the 3/12/26
   EOB deadline will require a snapshot.*
      - Updates submitted after the deadline will *not* be monitored by
      Harvest in Grad Student Online.
   - *Timely uploads are essential* to ensure adequate processing time and
   prevent avoidable errors.

Your cooperation in meeting this deadline helps us maintain accurate
appointment data and supports a smooth processing cycle for all graduate
student employees.

If you have any questions or encounter issues, please feel free to reach
out.
