Hi Perla,
                As we had previously discussed, the term in the email comes from the date the posting was created.  It does not search for text in the posting title or description (which may or not be there) to guess what the term might be.

If this is no longer what you want, the next best option I think would be to remove the term from the email and instead list out the posting title and description.  This should provide all the important information needed at a quick glance for the grad advisors.
