[Chass-gsaos] Fall TA Opening Notifications

Hello everyone,
Regarding the Teams messages about available TAships in the departments, let's post these openings in https://chassintranet.ucr.edu/gsjo/ and we'll have interested students apply to them here as well.  I'd like to try this portal as opposed to notifying everyone via teams. Ray Holguin worked on this portal and added a notification system whenever a TAship is posted.  Any programs having grads looking for TAships, they should apply in this portal as well.
