Dear Dr. Daryle Williams,

I am writing to share information about the * 2026 OAH Conference on
American History <https://www.oah.org/conferences/oah2026/>*, taking place
April 16–19, 2026, in Philadelphia. I would be grateful if you would
consider sharing the attached materials with your *graduate students and
faculty*.

The conference offers several accessible ways for departments and students
to participate:

   -

   *Classroom Rates* allow faculty to attend with *up to 6 or 12 graduate
   students* at a deeply discounted rate.
   -

   *Institutional Group Rates* offer a *15 percent discount* for groups of
   four or more participants from the same institution.
   -

   *Graduate Volunteer Opportunities* provide *free registration* in
   exchange for four hours of service, with limited availability.
   -

   For those unable to attend the full conference, we are also hosting *two
   public events* that are open to a broader audience.

The attached flyers are designed for easy sharing and include QR codes for
registration and additional details.
