[Chass-gradstudents] Truescreen Misconduct Notification

[CHASS Grad Affairs]

Dear Graduate Programs,

Academic Personnel Office and Graduate Division have been receiving calls
and emails from graduate students asking if the Truescreen notification
emails for account setup to complete the Misconduct Survey are legitimate.

 All candidates, including Graduate students with proposed employment for
Spring or Summer Sessions should be advised why they are receiving requests
from Truescreen via email directly.

If your graduate students haven't taken the survey, please encourage them
to do so.

Also, you may refer them to the Graduate Division website>Graduate Student
Employment Tools>Misconduct and Background Check Guidelines for Academic
Hires which redirects them to APO's Misconduct and Background Check
Guidelines for Academic Hires.
