Dear Graduate Students,



Congratulations on winning a Best Presentation Award at the Graduate
Research Symposium on 4/8! The complete list of award winners and the
amount of the awards is on the Symposium website
<https://graduate.ucr.edu/gradsymposium>.  Many thanks to the GSA for
generously providing the awards.
You will also receive an electronic certificate of your award, which will
come in a separate email.



Graduate Division will add the award as a stipend to your student account
on Banner and it will be disbursed to you through that system.  *If you
have financial aid in the form of loans and/or are the recipient of a
need-based award (e.g. GAANN grant, etc.), please let me know by Friday,
April 18th so we can hold your stipend until late June to avoid issues with
your 24/25 academic year funding. *If you aren't sure if you have a
need-based award, please check with your Graduate Student Services
Advisor.  If you have other questions about this award, please contact me.



Finally, if you have any pictures from the symposium that you want to
share, please send them to me.
