Dear Graduate Program,

I am pleased to confirm the second annual CHASS Graduate Student Welcome
Orientation taking place on Monday, September 22, 2025 from 9:00AM to
2:00PM.  Please save this date!

We cordially invite Graduate Faculty Advisor(s), Chairs, GSAO and FAO staff
to participate in the Meet & Greet session with your respective new
graduate students for an informal session and to help answer any questions.

The time commitment for this session is between 30 to 45 minutes during the
12:45-1:00PM time slot.  Please note that this portion of the orientation
does not intend to replace your own department welcome activities.

It is greatly appreciated if you could submit the RSVP

are currently working on the agenda, and it will be sent to everyone once
it is finalized.


We are excited to welcome the new graduate students and your collaboration
will assist them integrate with your department, college and campus
