ASUCR Elections

My name is Uriel Covarrubias, the Student Life Officer of the ASUCR Elections Committee. ASUCR is the government of UCR's student body, and voting week is among us from the 19th to the 23rd (this week). We want to see students cast in as many votes as possible. Throughout the week, students who vote have an opportunity to win one of (5) iPads or (5) $100 Amazon gift cards, with bonus prizes on our Instagram daily. Greater Riverside Hispanic Chamber of Commerce now accepting applications for annual scholarship program

The GRHCC continues to support the education of Inland Empire students who are pursuing higher education and will award several scholarships to graduating high school seniors and current college students of the Inland Empire. Our DREAMS Scholarship
We hope all is well. As you know, Hispanic Access Foundation is dedicated to building bridges of access to help bring resources to underserved areas. During COVID, we have seen the undocumented community be left behind in COVID relief funds and Hispanic Access Foundation's latest initiative, "Our DREAMS Scholarship" (Dedicated Resources for Emergency Aid & Means for Success) will provide monetary relief and educational resources to Dreamers and other partially protected (TPS) or undocumented students. Our DREAMS Scholarship will provide $500 each to 50 undocumented youth across the country to use for filing or renewal fees for their DACA, TPS applications.
