Our Chicano Link Peer Mentor Program supports a positive transition to UCR and promotes academic, cultural and social success. Be a part of it!

Your role as a Chicano Link Peer Mentor is to connect with new UCR students, support their transition to UCR, and welcome them to our UCR familia! Through one-on-one meetings and supplemental programming mentors provide overall support, validation, a sense of belonging; serve as a referral of resources and as a liaison for the office of Chicano Student Programs. This position is a volunteer appointment for a one-year term. The program is open to undergraduate and graduate students.
