Working on a killer spatial biology project at a UC campus?
The UC Spatial Biology Grant Program is here to support innovative research like yours.
This grant is available to UC researchers to explore the exciting world of spatial biology, using Stereo-seq (SpaTial Enhanced REsolution Omics-sequencing) technology.
Stereo-seq Highlights:
● Species Agnostic: Ideal for all tissue types (FFPE compatible)
● Ultra-High Resolution: Achieve detailed visualization samples at nanoscale of spot size in 0.22um.
● Unbiased Whole Transcriptome: Explore gene expressions without the limitations of targeted gene lists.
● Single-Cell Segmentation: Essential for understanding cellular variations and disease mechanisms
● Flexible Centimeter-Size Chips: Adapt seamlessly to different sizes of pathological samples, facilitating a broad range of applications.
Let me know if you'd like the details and application link in a reply! Applications must be received by 11:59 pm PDT on June 30, 2024
