[Cdnc] CDNC Access Denied

Dear CDNC Users,

The CDNC is being hit, yet again, with excessive bot traffic which is overwhelming our server. We're working to block the attacks but right now the CDNC is down. We hope to be back up soon and have a method for blocking future attacks.
