Schedule for the rest of the Quarter

Hello SEEDS members!

Great job on the SEEDS National BioBlitz 2021 everyone! We had 404 observations, 210 species, and 13 participants (https://weebly.us1.list-manage.com/track/click?u=f3d85f6e95688eb6979834f4c&id=3adedabf89&e=51238ef4b3) . We're so excited with the engagement for this event!

iNaturalist is an awesome community of naturalists. If you enjoyed participating in this bioblitz, iNaturalist has many other projects available that value contributions from citizen scientists, so feel free to keep exploring!

As Spring Quarter starts to wrap up, we have scheduled our last two meetings in advance.

Data Entry Session on Thursday, May 20th at 6-7 pm
(Week 8)

We will work on data entry for our research project during our regular general meeting time. Our goal is to finish data entry by the start of summer.
Last General Meeting will be a Social on May 27th at 6-7 pm
(Week 9)

For our last general meeting of the quarter, we will hold a fun social. Feel free to swing by, socialize, and unwind as finals week approaches.
No Meeting for Week 10

There will be no events or meetings during Week 10 as students will be preparing for finals.

Campus Hill Restoration Research Project (CHRRP)

Volunteers needed for Data Entry
With help from Dr. Michael Fugate and Center for Conservation Biology graduate students Jared and Annika, we were able to finish sampling baseline species composition. We need students to assist with entering this data so that it can be analyzed.
