Citrus Reservoir, located in the City of Redlands, accidentally overflowed onto Opal Avenue this past week which flowed into the dry floodplain of the Santa Ana River. Included in this flow were thousands of black plastic balls (~6 inches in size) which had
been floating on the reservoir to reduce evaporation. We hope to get many of them out of the riverbed prior to next week's storm.</div>
