Hi all,

*Present a research poster and learn about career options in conservation
and environmental science!*

The 2025 Santa Ana River Science Symposium is going to be held Jan. 22 and
23 on the ESRI campus. This year, there will be a whole day focused on
students and early career researchers.

On January 23 there will be a student poster session from 3-5 pm. This is a
great opportunity to present your work to a wide audience of southern
California conservation professionals in a small setting. While the
conference is focused on the Santa Ana watershed, student posters need not
be specific to research conducted there.

Earlier in the day there will be a series of career panels and speed
networking sessions. These are aimed at providing students and early career
researchers an opportunity to learn about different career paths available
in the conservation/environmental science fields. There will be
representatives from educational, government, private, and non-profit
organizations. Poster presenters are encouraged but not required to attend.

Registration is free and food and drinks will be provided!
