UCR's Center for Conservation Biology presents the 7th annual
EcoSlam!
Tuesday, April 22, 2025 3pm-5pm
At the UCR Botanic Gardens
All academic levels are welcomed to attend and compete in 5 minute lightning talks on original research.
$$ Prizes awarded! $$
EcoSlam is an event for students working in all fields of conservation, ecology, restoration, environmental studies, and natural resource management. 


Keynote speaker Dr. Alison Ormsby: 
"Bridging Nature and Culture: from Global Sacred Forests to Documenting California's Biodiversity"
