The UCR Natural Reserve System is searching for a new Assistant Director of the James San Jacinto and Oasis de los Osos Reserves. These reserves represent sites that extend from the Colorado Desert to the northernmost reaches of the Peninsular Mountain Ranges.

The Assistant Director will have a broad set of job responsibilities ranging from onsite/in- person activities to virtual duties that include formal and impromptu teaching and research support, buildings & grounds (including snow removal and road repair), vehicle and equipment maintenance, purchasing and accounting and report writing.
