The Riverside County Habitat Conservation Agency is celebrating the 25th year since establishment of the Habitat Conservation Plan for western Riverside County. A broadcast will be presented, “The Past, Present, and Future of Conservation in Riverside County” to be presented online Thursday, May 27, at 9-10 am.

The UCR Center for Conservation Biology has been involved in habitat conservation and research in conjunction with RCHCA from its inception. Speakers include Edith Allen of UCR-CCB, Princess Hester and Brian Shomo of RCHCA, Tricia Campbell of Regional Conservation Authority, and Wayne Spencer of the Biodiversity Institute, San Diego.
