CNPS is hiring an Associate Vegetation Ecologist<https://www.cnps.org/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/job-assoc-veg-ecologist-202104.pdf> who will be responsible for updating content in the A Manual of California Vegetation<https://vegetation.cnps.org/> and for the promotion and facilitation of the Rare Plant Communities Initiative<https://www.cnps.org/vegetation/california-rare-plant-communities-initiative>. The Ecologist will organize and integrate vegetation data in regional and statewide efforts, support vegetation classification and mapping efforts, and increase outreach and communication.
