The successful applicant will be based at the Desert Lab, help identify and develop research questions, lead analyses of existing data series focused on vegetation dynamics, plant demography, and mechanisms driving change through time, and lead in the publication
of results and the submission of new proposals. Opportunities for focused field work and data collection on Tumamoc Hill and throughout the Sonoran Desert will be also be available.</span><o:p></o:p></p>
