As part of an initiative to identify challenges and opportunities related
to ecological sustainability in the inland empire, we will be hosting a 1/2
day workshop this May 18th, 10am - 3pm with lunch included.

During the morning we will have Drs. Lynn Sweet, Tesa Madsen-Hepp, and Kai
Palenscar giving short presentations and panel discussion. They are all
experts on multi-species habitat conservation planning in the broader
Inland Empire region.

In the afternoon we will look to broadly discuss what ecological
sustainability in our region would mean. This will serve as a planning
exercise for a bigger Fall 2026 symposium.
