Hello Southern California Botanists,
The SCB Board would like to share the agenda and abstracts for the 46th Annual
Symposium, to be held via Zoom on Saturday, October 24, 2020. This year’s
theme is *Living on the Edge: Plants in Extreme Environments*. You’ll
notice we have an extremely exciting list of speakers this year, with talks
ranging from desert species to vernal pool environments. Interspersed with
the talks, we’ll be holding a virtual poster session. And we’ll close out
the day with a virtual performance by our favorite botanical band – *Sage
Against the Machine*! Don’t forget to register on SCB’s website at
