A diverse panel of SMI alumni will share their pre-teaching preparation "secrets."  Featured alumni are gainfully employed as STEM educators.  Learn how each alumnus maximized his/her pre-teaching years at UCR by including an array of activities (undergraduate research, apprentice programs, nationally recognized fellowships and scholarships, national conferences and training institutes) to support professional development and leadership skills.
Most of all, learn from these role models to prepare YOUR career planning.
