Jay Westover is founder of the Center of Educational Efficacy whose mission
is to "Empower Educators to Design and Refine Best Educational Practices."
Jay has served as administrator of Educational Leadership Services at
Riverside County Office of Education, middle school principal and high
school assistant principal. Jay's area of emphasis is developing effective
leadership practices that guide the work of collaborative teams through
effective tools and routines.
