[CaTEACH-SMI] A Special Survey from GSOE

The Graduate School of Education is in the process of proposing the
introduction of a course fee for the administration of new assessments that
the State has mandated prior to issuing a teaching credential. The fee will
support materials, instruction, and support for completion of this required
major project. We would like to have your opinion of this proposal.
