CALL FOR PAPERS

Extended Submission Deadline for Volume One: February 1, 2007 to 
April 16, 2007

The University of California , Riverside is proud to announce a new 
opportunity for undergraduate students to present their 
faculty-mentored research, scholarship and creative work. In June 
2007, the first volume of the UCR Undergraduate Research Journal will 
be unveiled. Undergraduate students who are involved, either 
individually or as a group, in a research, scholarly or creative 
project under the guidance of a UCR faculty mentor, are invited to 
submit their work for student and faculty review for inclusion in the Journal.

The Call for Papers has opened and the deadline for submission has 
been extended to April 16, 2007. Students from all disciplines are 
encouraged to participate. Papers will need faculty mentor approval 
before submission.

Accepted articles will be published in a web version of the Journal 
and, from those, six to eight will be chosen as most outstanding for 
the inclusion in the print version of the Journal.
