Hello CARL-ITers

It seems there is still a teeny bit of March left in which to get out 
the Question of the Month.

I am really torn because I have so many...but I think I will go with:

How do you use technology to communicate with your users (patrons, 
faculty, students whatever)? 

I am assuming that we all have Web sites, but I want to know if you use 
any sort of push technology and/or blogs, discussion groups, or anything 
else to communicate with your users, and how it is working out for you?  
If you have any generally useful tips, we would love to see them.

(I am playing a dirty trick by making the reply-to address the list, but 
please feel free to email me personally instead if that makes you more 
comfortable)
