My colleague at UC ANR has shared an opportunity to participate in a
virtual workshop to engage a network of researchers in rural and urban
living design. The workshop is entitled *A Hub for Urban Living* and there
is a short video to explain the proposed concept. Based on the information,
this may present a chance for campuses to leverage their research asset
mapping work.

Hello Colleagues,

*We are excited to invite you to a Hub for Urban Living design workshop via
Zoom on Tuesday, May 18 from 9:00 - 10:30 AM.*

This brand new virtual and physical hub, sponsored by the University of
California’s division of Agriculture and Natural Resources, is intended to
build partnership across diverse educational institutions and disciplines,
community and industry partners, state and local agencies, and others
interested in addressing challenges related to the sustainability of urban
living.

We are in the early design stages and would like to invite those with
shared interests and expertise to collaborate in defining the scope, assets
and attributes of this new center of excellence.

amplify the impact of your work.  UC ANR’s Research and Extension Center
