Greetings All,

*We have one spot available on the bus for tomorrow's trip to the SoCal Meeting @ UCSD. It is first come first serve so please email me directly.

For those who will be riding on the bus this Friday, October 28th for the SoCal Meeting, the bus will be at Genomics, at 6:45 am, and will be scheduled to depart at 7:10 am. Please ensure to plan your arrival promptly as we have a tight schedule to follow to ensure we arrive on time at UCSD for the conference. The bus is scheduled to return from UCSD at 5:30 pm with an estimated arrival of 7:30 pm to UCR ( This can change based on traffic). Please confirm you will be riding on the bus to me by 3 pm today.

For those who will be driving to the conference please use the following address for driving directions Tata Hall, UCSD, San Diego, CA 92161.

For parking permit reciprocity if you are UCR Faculty or Staff who has a valid UCR Parking permit please follow the instructions below:
For proof of a valid UCR parking permit, please log in to the Parking Portal <https://flexport.ucr.edu/ebusiness/Account/Portal> with your NetID and select 'Permits/View Your Permits' on the upper left menu. Click on the Permit Number. At the bottom of the Permit Details screen, click on 'Print Permit'. Your current permit information will be displayed and can be printed to show proof of a valid parking permit for other campuses. If the campus requires additional information, please have them contact UCR.
