Winter Holiday Closure Deadlines

I am writing to you with important deadlines for our administrative offices. Please read these deadlines carefully as the deadlines listed in this communication are final. Requests submitted after the deadlines outlined below may not be processed until campus reopens on January 4th. Please let me know if you have any questions and/or concerns.

Monday, November 30th

Last day to enter orders via eBuy

All orders that must be processed before the campus closure will need to be submitted by this day. Any orders submitted after this date may not be processed before campus closes.

December 4th

Last day to enter CRITICAL perishable orders

Critical perishable orders will be processed until Friday, December 11th, 2020. If you submit your order request after November 30th please enter a comment stating that "Order contains critical perishable items only".

Last day to enter Amazon orders through the business account

December 14th -  December 18th

No orders will be processed during this time

In order to prevent any deliveries during the campus closure we will not be processing orders during this time. Main campus receiving is still operating without their full staff and staggering orders will prevent a backlog of deliveries once campus reopens as well as prevent any packages to be lost by shipping carriers.

Receiving Services Deadlines

December 14 - last day to place orders for cylinders and Alcohol

December 16 - last day to place IDT orders

December 21st -  January 3st

Winter Holiday Closure

There will be no personnel on campus present accepting packages during this time.
