<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">The Developmental Transitions Lab and the CALLA Lab and UC Riverside are currently looking for interested women graduate students who meet the requirements below to participate in a study entitled:
<i>Investigating familial and career plans among women graduate students in academia</i>. </span></p>
<p style="direction: ltr; line-height: 1.295; margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 8pt;">
<span style="font-family: arial, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0);">This study aims to understand the experiences and perspectives of women graduate students in academia regarding their career goals and future family/childbearing plans. The study consists of
a fully remote/online qualtrics survey that includes general demographic questions and a list of statements that must be rated on a sliding scale from 1-7, as well as open-ended questions that prompt for written/typed narrative responses. The study lasts approximately
40 minutes and participants will receive a $20 e-gift card from Amazon as compensation. </span></p>
