[Bphystudent] Important Update- MS Degree Application While Continuing PhD

Hello Students,

Important update in regards to those who want to receive an MS Degree while
continuing for the PhD. This is the order in which you must submit the
petitions and the time they need to be processed in.

 "Master's Degree Add In" in R'Grad. At least one quarter before you intend
to apply for graduation.
 "Application to advance to Master's Candidacy" in R'Grad.  "Other
Petition" by week 3 of the term you intend to apply for graduation.
Graduation Application-  by week 3 of the term you intend to apply for
graduation.
This way allows for the Graduate Division to ensure the system allows you
to complete your graduation application. Please keep this in mind as you
begin the petition process. Please let me know if you have any questions.
