This is an informative email: When you are ready for your defense, please make sure to complete the Defense Form (Announcement Request) two weeks in advance before your defense; that way, we can create and send out the announcement: https://ucrbsgsac.wufoo.com/forms/rfm7fss1mh5dw2/

Make sure to set a time and date with your committee, and you can use this link to reserve a space: UCR | Facilities Reservation System<https://chassintranet.ucr.edu/frs/app/user/view/calendar/calendarDetails>

After the defense is completed, please complete the following petitions:
'Final Defense Ph.D. or Master's' and the 'Signature Approval Page (Dissertation or Thesis)', located on R'Grad.
