[Bphystudent] FYI - UCR Graduate Community: Fall 2020 Drop Course Deadline

Dear Graduate Students,



If you are planning to drop a course or it is something you are thinking of doing, please consult with me first so we can assess any future impacts it may have with your fellowship or financial packages.

Monday, November 30th, is the deadline for graduate students to drop a course for Fall 2020. The Graduate Enrollment Adjustment Form<https://graduate.ucr.edu/petitions-and-forms> must be received by the Graduate Division by NOON with all necessary information and signatures on the form.

After November 30th, any requests to withdraw from a course will require the Late or Retroactive Enrollment Adjustment Form<https://graduate.ucr.edu/petitions-and-forms> in addition to the Graduate Enrollment Adjustment Form and a "W" notation will appear on the transcript. Requests to withdraw from a course after the 30th will require significant justification and will be heavily scrutinized.
