Happy Friday! Right now, I am working to clear up student files and have been running into issues especially with grad division. Here are some things I need you all to do in order to not hold you up as you work to advancing to candidacy.</div>

<div class="elementToProof">Once you complete your written examination, you must submit your results via R'Grad. If you do not record this in R'grad it will cause issues when you move to your next items.</div>

<div class="elementToProof">You must submit your nomination of Oral Qualifying Exam Committee in R'Grad and have it approved before taking your Oral Qualifying examination. You must complete this form, preferably one month before taking your exam, but at minimum
2 weeks prior. If you need to make an adjustment to your committee it also must be submitted and approved at least 2 weeks prior to your Qualifying Exam.
<b>You are not able to conduct the exam unless this is first approved, or your exam will be voided, and you will need to retake the examination.</b></div>
