Attention All PhD Students,

It is time to schedule your end of year AME evaluations with your committee
members. AMEs are to consist of a short oral presentation on your progress
starting with what their goals were for the past year and ending with their
goals for the next year. All details are outlined in the student handbook
attached below. Please utilize this R'Grad to submit your AME. All AME
evaluations should be completed within this term, but no later than
September 11th. Late forms will result in an academic hold on your student
account.

**** First Year Students****
AME's for you should be completed by the September 11th deadline as you are
new to the program, and will need more time to conduct your research for
the AME. However, if you are able to do so earlier please do. If you have
trouble you can also work with Dr. Zandi for your first year AME.

Sincerely,

Chris
