Dear Graduate Student,



You are receiving this email because you have an expected graduation term
of Spring 2025 or Summer 2025.  You can see this expected graduation term
at the top of your degree audit (in r’web) under your name and degree
information.  If this information is incorrect, please contact your
departmental academic advisor.





If you are interested in participating in the commencement ceremony, please
be sure to submit a *Graduation Application* for Spring or Summer 2025 via
your r’web menu no later than *April 7, 2025*.



Once you have submitted a graduation application, your name will be on the
commencement eligibility list.  You will then receive an email on April 14,
2025, asking you to RSVP for your respective ceremony.

*If you wish to verify your graduation application submission*, please
visit your Student Academic Summary in your r’web menu.  If you have
completed a graduation application, it will appear as Active in the center
of your Academic Summary screen.  You can also click on View Application to
Graduate in your Student Academic Summary.
