ALL BATCHELOR HALL OCCUPANTS AND DEPARTMENT LEADERSHIP,



Please be advised that the following activities will be occurring at the Batchelor Hall Building for the week of January 23, 2023, through January 27, 2023.



            Site, Roof and Basement:

·        Research and Identification of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Piping.

·        DI Water Piping.

·        Piping for Heating Hot Water Exchanger.

·        Chilled Water Piping Installation.

·        Demo Piping and Concrete in Basement.

·        Installation of Controls on Roof for Fan Units.

·        Replacement of Chilled Water Main Valves by Facilities Services the Week of 1/30/2023.

·        Electrical Panels and Conduit Runs.



Area A (Main Building):

·          Install Anchors for Conduit Runs in Basement.

·          Install Plumbing Piping in Basement.

·          Preparation and Planning for Mechanical Piping Systems.

·          Research in Rooms for Planning Duct Routing and Piping for Phase II.



Area B (South Building):

·          Painting in Corridors.

·          Installation of Ceiling Tiles.

·          Cleaning of Phase I Rooms and Corridors.
