Subject: Fleet Services New Software Platform

Fleet Services is pleased to announce that we are moving to a new web-based software platform, Fleet Commander, on July 1, 2021. Users with requestor privileges will be able to make reservations online, request changes, see their reservation history and more.
A new application named "Fleet Commander" will be available in the Enterprise Access Control System on July 1, 2021. Two roles will be available, Site Driver and Site Requestor. The Site Driver role will allow a user to be assigned as a driver to a vehicle. The Site Requestor role will allow a user to make vehicle reservation requests. A user can be assigned both roles. Department SAA's will be able to assign these roles to users. All current Fleet Services users will have their current roles automatically transferred to the new system.
