[Botanystaff] Interim Staff Schedule - Effective 3/1/21

Good Afternoon,

As many of you know today is Aimee's last day in IIGB and Jennifer Douglas will be working remotely for the next few months.  In turn, we have been asked to assist covering the IIGB Admin offices for the next few months, while we recruit for Aimee's replacement.

Starting next week, the schedule will be as follows for the IIGB Admin Offices:

                *Carmen - Mon, Wed & Fri  8:00 - 5:00 pm
                *Matt - Tues & Thurs   8:00 - 10:00 am
                *Jennifer Reising - Tues & Thurs 10:00 - 5:00 pm

For Batchelor Hall Admin Offices:

                *April - Tues 8:00 - 5:00 pm
                *Mariella - Tues 10:00 - 2:00 pm
                *Matt - Tues 2:00 - 5:00 pm

                *Maria - Thur 8:00 - 5:00 pm
                *Mariella - Thur 10:00 - 2:00 pm
                *Matt - Thur 2:00 - 5:00 pm

I want to say, Thank you to all in making this transition so less stressful than what I was anticipating.  It truly means a lot to me that everyone so very accommodating and cooperative in coming together to assist the IIGB unit.  Our staff team is a Great One!!!
