[Botanygraduatestudents] Reminder: BPSC Social is at 3:30 in Fall!

Hello there,

Now that Fall quarter has officially started, I want to remind that our social will be at 3:30 (pre-seminar) each Wednesday! There will be refreshments (including snacks). Please mark your calendars for this!

You and a fellow student (or two) can also sign up to host an event if you would like. Hosting is just as easy as it was when we had this after the seminar, and just like always you will receive detailed instructions the day before. Please contribute to this event by attending and hosting one this event quarter or next!

Greetings All,

For the BPSC Social this quarter, we are going to try some thing new - we are shifting to a pre-seminar social from 3:30-4! We would like to see broader participation in this event and want to make it easier for to those with obligations requiring them to leave campus at 5 pm to attend.

As usual, we will be collecting voluntary donations (cash or Venmo) to continue to support this event. I will be sending around the signup sheet for hosts of the event, so watch for that.

This a great opportunity to chat with your fellow plant biologists and the seminar speaker and get a little afternoon pick-me-up. Please mark your calendars for this weekly event!
