Hope things are well at your end! I am writing to share an upcoming Career Development Workshop hosted by the TRANSCEND program and the UCR Stem Cell Center titled:

From Bench to Byline: Building a Career in Medical Communications
Speaker: Clare Miller, Ph.D., Medical Writer, Havas Health Network
Date: February 24th, 2026
Time: 10:00–11:00 AM
Location: Genomics Auditorium 1102A

This workshop will provide valuable insights into medical writing and communications as a career path for PhD-trained scientists, including an overview of the field, career pathways, and practical advice for transitioning from academia to industry. I would greatly appreciate it if you could please share this opportunity with the graduate students in the Neuroscience program and encourage their attendance.
