[Biomed_students_phd] Winter 2026 Call out for UME Teaching Assistant Opportunity (Deadline November 14)

Dear BMSC PhD Students and Faculty Mentors,

The School of Medicine, Undergraduate Medical Education (UME) is offering 50% TA positions for the Winter 2026 quarter (January 2 - March 30, 2006) for Block 3 (BMSC 233/MDCL 233).

Students should submit completed application as a PDF document to the Executive Administrative Specialist for Undergraduate Medical Education, Dawn Demeritte Dawn.Demeritte at medsch.ucr.edu<mailto:Dawn.Demeritte at medsch.ucr.edu>.

To receive full consideration, for the winter term, applications should be received by November 14, 2025. Applications received past this deadline may be considered only if positions are still open. If you submitted an application for the summer/fall cycle and would like for you application to be reconsidered for winter, please reach out to Dawn Demeritte.

If you still need to satisfy the teaching assistant requirement for your degree, I highly recommend you apply for the winter opportunity.

Faculty mentors, please encourage your eligible Biomed students to apply for these positions.
