Dear Graduate Students,

The Division of Biomedical Sciences is hosting a Graduate Student Employment Town Hall on Wednesday, December 11 at 3PM in SOM ED2 room 106. All graduate students in Division of Biomed Labs (all grad programs) are highly encouraged to attend.

The goal of this session is to address recent inquiries from GSRs and TAs on personal time off, timesheet reporting, and time/effort commitment. A representative from the Academic Personnel Office will be present to answer all student questions about GSR/TA student employment.

We are encouraging students to submit questions ahead of time by responding to this email no later than Monday, December 9.
