[Biomed_students_phd] BMSC Graduate Student Travel Award Application Information

Dear BMSC Students,

I would like to formally introduce myself, my name is Angelica Bazan and I am the Senior Financial and Administrative Analyst in the Division of Biomedical Sciences. I hope you're having a nice winter quarter! Effective immediately, I will be your primary contact for the Biomed travel awards.

I want to provide you with information on the Biomedical Sciences Student Travel Award. As a reminder, for those who received this award, it is available for use in your 2nd year in the BMSC program for the purpose of students attending a conference/training event that is directly related to their area of research interest.

As you prepare for your conference/travel and seek reimbursement please connect with me. I will work with you to ensure you are following Campus travel and reimbursement guidelines.  To ensure appropriate time for processing, please inform me of your plans and complete the BMSC Travel award application and required documents 4-6 weeks before the travel/conference.  Attached is the application and will also be posted on the BMSC website next week.
