We will host our 10th Annual SCEP symposium online via Zoom. In person, we would
have celebrated with excessive amounts of cake but we will have to wait until safer times!

However, instead and more importantly we are delighted to welcome, keynote speaker, Photini Sinnis, M.D., Professor of Molecular Microbiology and Immunology at Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. The Sinnis group studies the sporozoite stage
of Plasmodium using a spectrum of techniques from biochemistry through to in vivo assays.

We'd also like to introduce, guest speaker, Keke Fairfax, Ph.D., Assistant Professor, Department of Pathology at University of Utah. The Fairfax group studies Schistosome mansoni infection and the induction of IL-4 dependent memory responses.

We will have awards for: Best poster abstract, best talk, and best lightning talk.
We also have a cover image contest so submit your image today for a chance to be featured
on the 10th ANNUAL SCEP abstract booklet!!!
