[Biomed_students_masters] Action Required: Self-Nominations for the 2026 Grad Slam: TODAY, February 17

Dear Biomed Graduate Students,

We invite you to self-nominate for the 2026 Grad Slam. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your research and compete for a spot in the campus-wide semi-finals this March.

To select our college representatives, we will host an in-person pitch session:

  *   When: Tuesday, February 17 at 10:00 AM
  *   Where: SOMED-2, Room 325
  *   Format: A 3-minute research pitch judged by a faculty committee. The top two students will move on to the next round.

How to Enter: Please reply to this email to self-nominate by Friday, February 13.

Eligibility & Guidelines:

  *   Must be a full-time MS or PhD student in good standing (enrolled through Spring 2026).
  *   Pitches are strictly limited to 3 minutes.
  *   You may use one static PowerPoint slide (no animations, video, or audio).
